How do I confirm my booking?

Once you choose a property, our team will share availability and pricing. Your booking is confirmed after the advance payment is completed. A confirmation message is sent instantly.

What do I need for check-in?

Please share valid government IDs of all staying guests before check-in and sign the check-in form on arrival. This is mandatory for safety and legal compliance.

How do I check in?

Enjoy hassle-free self check-in via lockbox. Instructions and access code will be shared before arrival. Only registered guests should collect the key.

Can I check in early or check out late?

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and must be requested in advance. Extra charges may apply depending on the host’s discretion.

When should I pay the remaining balance (if any)?

Any remaining balance must be paid at check-in before entering the apartment.

Is housekeeping included? What about towels and linen?

Yes — complimentary daily housekeeping is provided on request (unless informed otherwise). Linen and bath towels are available but must not be taken outside. Please bring your own beach towels as we do not provide them.

Will housekeeping staff enter the apartment?

Our staff may call or visit between 9 AM and 1 PM. If we are unable to contact you or access the apartment for over 2 hours, we may enter if necessary to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.

Can I invite visitors?

No, we follow a strict no-visitor policy. Only guests registered at check-in are allowed inside the apartment. Unregistered visitors will be asked to leave immediately.

Who is responsible for damages or safety during the stay?

Guests are fully responsible for their own safety and any damage, loss, or missing items from the property. Hosts, owners, and managers are not liable for injuries, accidents, losses, or legal issues during or after the stay.
